I was born in Liguria, Italy and I moved to New Zealand a few years ago and I have since made Wellington my home.

My grandparents owned a restaurant in Italy and, as a child, I remembers walking in between the tables and falling in love. At the age of 4, my grandmother shared with me her recipe for potato gnocchi. It was then that my lifelong passion for cooking began. I opened my first restaurant in Italy at 25 after studying hospitality.
